Jeffrey Sklaney

Jeffrey Sklaney is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as Senior Product Development Chef at Traeger, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held various leadership positions at Cuisine Solutions, including Director of Research and Development and Culinary Sales Specialist, Retail, from September 2012 to March 2022. Jeffrey's extensive experience also includes serving as Executive Chef at VINTAGE RESTAURANT GROUP LIMITED and Private Dining Chef at Michel Richard Citronelle. Earlier in the career, Jeffrey worked at multiple Ritz-Carlton locations, progressing through roles such as Chef De Cuisine, Sous Chef, and Chef De Partie. Jeffrey's foundational education includes an Associate's degree in Golf Course Complex Operations and Management from The Golf Academy of the Carolinas and an Associate's of Applied Science in Food Production Management from Luzerne County Community College.
