Megan Murray

Megan Murray is an experienced women's wear designer with a diverse background in the fashion industry. Currently employed at Whispering Smith Ltd since August 2018, Megan has held roles ranging from Junior Womenswear Designer to Women's Wear Designer for various lines, working on womenswear wovens, tailoring, jersey, and loungewear. Prior experience includes a role as a Product Developer/Design Assistant at Julien Macdonald Limited, where responsibilities included sourcing fabrics, sampling, and assisting with haute couture pieces. Additionally, Megan interned at Mary Katrantzou, contributing to pattern drafting, garment construction, and trend research for the SS16 collection. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Fashion Design from Limerick School of Art and Design, completed in 2017, alongside foundational studies at the National College of Art & Design.
