Chief Customer Officer at Whispir

Dima Vovchak has over 23 years of work experience. From 1999 to 2006, they worked at IBM in various roles, including Project Manager, Program Manager, and Business Operations Executive. In 2006, they joined Whispir as the Global Head of Group Services & Customer Success before becoming the Chief Customer Officer in 2020. In 2018, they briefly worked as the Head of IBM Watson & Cloud Platforms in Australia & New Zealand. Currently, they are a Member of the Course Advisory Committee at Swinburne University of Technology since 2022.

From 1988 to 1992, Dima Vovchak attended Monash University and acquired a Bachelor of Business Systems degree with a specialization in Information Technology.
