Gillian Griffiths has held multiple roles throughout their work experience. Gillian started their career at TNT Post UK in 2008 as a Data and Document Controller before becoming a Management Information Analyst in 2010. In 2011, they joined Whistl UK Ltd (TNT Post UK) as a Quality and Performance Manager, where they led the quality strategy for the business and conducted audits to improve operational efficiency. In 2018, they became the Head of Audit and Compliance at Whistl UK Ltd, and then transitioned to the role of Head of Operational Risk, Audit & Compliance in 2020. In this role, they implemented ISO Management System Certifications, developed a Business Continuity Framework, and supported the development of a NetZero plan. Gillian Griffiths has demonstrated expertise in risk management, compliance, and quality improvement throughout their career.
