Gillian Griffiths

Gillian Griffiths has held multiple roles throughout their work experience. Gillian started their career at TNT Post UK in 2008 as a Data and Document Controller before becoming a Management Information Analyst in 2010. In 2011, they joined Whistl UK Ltd (TNT Post UK) as a Quality and Performance Manager, where they led the quality strategy for the business and conducted audits to improve operational efficiency. In 2018, they became the Head of Audit and Compliance at Whistl UK Ltd, and then transitioned to the role of Head of Operational Risk, Audit & Compliance in 2020. In this role, they implemented ISO Management System Certifications, developed a Business Continuity Framework, and supported the development of a NetZero plan. Gillian Griffiths has demonstrated expertise in risk management, compliance, and quality improvement throughout their career.

Gillian Griffiths' education history includes various institutions and fields of study. Gillian attended East Berkshire College in Maidenhead from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a GNVQ Advanced degree in Business Studies and RS Diploma in Administrative and Secretarial Skills. Additionally, they studied at East Berkshire College from 1995 to 1997, earning an RSA Diploma in Information Business Technology. Furthermore, they pursued a BA in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resource Management, at Buckinghamshire New University from 1997 to 2000. Gillian Griffiths also attended New College in Swindon from 2002 to 2003, completing an AS level in German. Lastly, in 2004 to 2005, they enrolled at Instituto International Idiomas to study Spanish.
