Joanne Knox has extensive experience in contact centre operations, having served as Contact Centre Operations Manager at both Whistl UK Ltd and Spark Response since March 1998. Prior to that role, Joanne worked as a Customer Service Advisor at BT from March 1996 to March 1998. Joanne's educational background includes attending Kingsmeadow Comprehensive from 1988 to 1993 and Greenlands School for Girls in 1988.
