Jill Mason

Jill Mason currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Whistle Express Car Wash, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jill held several leadership positions at American Tire Distributors from May 2017 to March 2025, including Senior Vice President of Talent and HR Operations and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and People Engagement, where Jill led initiatives that enhanced organizational culture and engagement. From May 2015 to May 2017, Jill was the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Southeastern Grocers, focusing on aligning human capital with business objectives. Jill’s career at Target spanned 13 years, during which time significant HR strategies and process improvements were implemented across supply chain operations. Jill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida, where involvement included serving as Vice-President of Communication for the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority.
