Robert Benjamin has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Robert started off their career in 1984 in the US Army, where they served for 30 years and retired as a Colonel. In their final assignment, they worked as the Army's Senior ACOR in Afghanistan, managing linguist contracts.

After leaving the military, Benjamin transitioned into the private sector, holding various executive positions. Robert worked as the Vice President of Operations at Sterling Collision Centers, overseeing operations of 63 locations and generating over $240 million in revenue annually. Robert also served as the President of Maaco Corporation, where they were responsible for 500 locations and $500 million in annual revenue.

Benjamin's experience also includes being the Chief Operations Officer at Pacific Elite Collision Centers, leading the company's startup phase and implementing new metrics and processes. Additionally, they held roles such as Regional Vice President at ABRA Auto Body & Glass, Operations Manager at tesa tape, inc., and Shift Supervisor, Process Engineer, Project Manager, and Department Manager at Tyco.

Currently, Benjamin is the Chief Operating Officer at Magnolia Wash Holdings. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic development, and implementation of lean processes in various organizations.

Robert Benjamin received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Western Illinois University from 1981 to 1984. Robert then pursued further education at Carl Sandburg College from 1980 to 1981, completing general studies coursework. After working in the field for several years, they enrolled at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision. Later, from 2007 to 2009, Robert Benjamin attended the US Army War College in Carlisle, PA, earning a Master's degree in Strategic Studies. In 2011, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from the University of Kentucky.
