Magnus Tuse Hansen's work experience begins in 2017 when they co-founded Asgaard Denmark, a sustainable fashion retail start-up. Magnus served as the Founder until October 2018, during which time the company achieved breakeven and gained significant media attention.
In 2017, Magnus also became a Board Member and Sponsorship Coordinator for JA Alumni Denmark, the largest entrepreneurial organization in Denmark. Magnus was responsible for managing all sponsorship and event activities, securing funding and sponsorship from various organizations.
In 2018, Magnus joined Ethan Partners | Global Executive Search as an Analyst in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, they reported directly to senior management and assisted with executive search, market research, and board meeting presentations. Magnus also established the Ethan Partners Talent Program for high-school graduates.
From 2019 to 2020, Magnus was an Associate at Ethan Partners' new office in Denmark. Magnus played a key role in accelerating market expansion in the Nordics, where they had end-to-end ownership of the recruitment process for smaller clients. Magnus also managed analysts and was responsible for client management, sourcing, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
Starting in 2021, Magnus joined NØIE as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later became the Recruitment and Operations Lead. At NØIE, Magnus was primarily responsible for recruiting tech talent on a national and international level. Magnus also led recruitment, operations, and growth activities, contributing to scaling the team from 17 to 56 people in less than a year. Furthermore, they automated onboarding and offboarding flows and implemented data-driven recruitment processes.
Lastly, Magnus is currently the Head of People & Culture at Whistleblower Software, a position they began in February 2023.
Magnus Tuse Hansen began their education journey in 2016 when they enrolled at ZBC - Zealand Business College. Magnus completed their high school diploma with a focus on Innovation & Marketing in 2018. After that, they pursued higher education at Copenhagen Business School from 2019 to 2022. During this period, they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Politics. Additionally, Magnus expanded their knowledge by completing a minor in Entrepreneurship at Copenhagen Business School in 2021.
