Shane Albrecht

Shane Albrecht, PE has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Shane started their career as a Project Manager at Savage Asphalt Paving in 1995. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as a Staff Engineer at Sandy City Public Works. In 1999, they became an Area Manager at Geneva Rock Products, where they stayed until 2017. During their time at Geneva Rock Products, Shane held the role of Vice President - Construction from 2017 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Whitaker Construction Company, Inc. as a Construction Manager and later became the Senior Vice President in 2023.

Shane Albrecht, PE holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah John and Marcia Price College of Engineering, which they obtained from 1990 to 1995. Shane also has a Diploma from Brighton High School, completed from 1988 to 1990. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Professional Engineers certification from the State of Utah in March 1999 and completed the PowerMBA program from thePower in 2022.
