Anuradha De has extensive work experience in e-commerce and digital strategy. Anuradha currently serves as an Ecommerce Product Lead at Whitbread since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Villa Plus from 2016 to 2020, where they held roles such as Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist and Ecommerce Project Manager, responsible for the optimization of the customer journey and leading e-commerce business requirements. Anuradha also served as the Head of Online Acquisition & Customer Experience at Cass Art from 2014 to 2016, where they managed the e-commerce department and developed the company's online sales strategy. Before that, they worked as an E-commerce Manager at TUI UK & Ireland, SpaceNK Apothecary, and Figleaves.com. Anuradha's early career included roles such as Internet Development Manager at LighterLife and Website Category Manager at Figleaves.com. Anuradha started their career at NIIT as a Group Leader Systems, where they trained students and professionals on Microsoft courses and managed a team of six.

Anuradha De obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy from the University of Calcutta between 1994 and 1997.
