Shaun Deacon

Shaun Deacon (Assoc CIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shaun began their career as a Contact Centre Consultant at SAGA in 2000. Shaun then moved on to SThree, where they worked as a Systems Team Leader in London from 2004 to 2008. Shaun then joined Square One as an Infrastructure Manager from 2008 to 2009. Shaun later worked at Huntress Group as the Manager of Systems and Network Infrastructure (APAC) from 2009 to 2012. Shaun then joined Robert Walters, where they held multiple roles, including Manager - Financial Services Technology from 2012 to 2014, and Associate Director from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Shaun is the Managing Director at White Bay, a recruitment agency specializing in creative, marketing, and technology roles.

Shaun Deacon (Assoc CIPD) is currently pursuing a CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management (HR) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
