Ginny (Virginia) Powlson is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with significant experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager EMEA for Engagement & Development and Learning and Development at White & Case LLP since January 2023, Ginny previously excelled as Senior Learning and Development Manager at RPC law firm from October 2016 to December 2022, where award-winning sector-based learning and leadership development initiatives were spearheaded.
