Jessica Cornford

Jessica Cornford is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in trainee development and graduate management roles. Currently serving as Graduate Development (HR) Manager at White & Case LLP since July 2023, Jessica previously held the position of HR Manager - Trainee Development at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from April 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the trainee lifecycle, SQE implementation, and providing pastoral support. Prior to this, Jessica worked as an HR Executive - Trainee Development and served as an Executive Assistant to the Global Head of HR, supporting various HR initiatives. Additional experiences include administrative roles at McNeil Nakamoto, Monitor, and other organizations, underpinned by a strong educational background in English Literature and History from Sheffield Hallam University.
