Dusty Winchester

Dusty Winchester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the roofing and construction industries. Currently serving as Regional Manager at White Castle Roofing since June 2022, Dusty previously held various roles within the same company, including Head of the Repair Department and Residential Roof Salesman. Dusty has also worked as an NDT Technician at XCEL NDT LLC and as President of the Associated General Contractors of America chapter at Iowa Western, overseeing the group's operations. Earlier experience includes a construction laborer internship at Hawkins Construction Company and a welder position at Tenneco. Dusty began a career in agriculture as a Corn Pollinator while studying at Iowa Western Community College, where an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Building Construction Technology was earned.
