Matthew Czyl

Matthew Czyl has a diverse work experience within the culinary industry. Matthew started as a Culinary Intern at Gatto's Italian Bar & Restaurant in 2016, followed by a role as a Baker at Sweet Spot Bakery in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Grill Master at Mariano's until 2019. Then, they joined Two Pints as a Chef for a year before transitioning to 113 Main as a Chef from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are working at White Eagle Golf Club as a Sous Chef, and they will be promoted to Head Chef in 2023. Matthew also has previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Driver, Catering Manager, and In-Shop at Jimmy John's from 2014 to 2018.

Matthew Czyl obtained an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the College of DuPage, where they attended from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Matthew has obtained two certifications: a Food Service Sanitation Certificate and an IL BASSET Certification.
