A new opportunity has become available for a logistics administrator to join our rapidly growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support to all aspects of logistics & supply chain operations
• Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring efficient and timely delivery
• Assist with shipment consolidation & booking requests to meet business needs
• Engage in regular communication with suppliers, freight agents & warehouse managers
• Maintain internal systems & ensure they are kept up to date with the most accurate information
• Formulate packing lists & confirm shipped quantities to be shared with the appropriate warehouse teams
• Analyse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
