In Summary:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to assist the team in planning their deliverables effectively, problem solving, coach the development teams on the best Agile practices to produce high-value increments and foster a culture of accountability.

  

The Job:

  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  • Be the point of contact for external communications with various stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Product Owner to define goals, manage the backlog and handle new requests.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively according to a Change & Release Management process.
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
  • Design processes to continually enhance the operating model.
  • Use data, reporting, and insight to lead the teams to reach an optimal and sustained velocity that makes delivery predictable and quantifiable.

What you already have:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.

  • Familiarity with software development and methodologies.

  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts, including the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement).

  • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.

  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.

  • Experience or knowledge of iGaming is a plus.

  • Experience working within a regulated environment is a plus.

  • Experience working with a structured Change & Release Management process is a plus.

  • A passion for learning new things and operating outside of your comfort zone at times.
