Lauren Norris has a background in HR and has held various roles in companies such as White Hat Gaming, Crimson Panda, Flutter Entertainment Plc, The Stars Group, and Hilton Isle of Man. Currently serving as the Senior People Partner at White Hat Gaming, Lauren focuses on supporting the People framework’s design and development in areas such as organizational design, people engagement, culture development, organizational effectiveness, and people metrics. In their previous roles, Lauren has worked on performance feedback processes, culture development, compensation and benefits structures, and leadership development. Their experience includes consulting on start-up development and strategic HR partnership.
