Mary Ryan Assoc CIPD serves as the Chief People Officer at White Hat Gaming, where responsibilities include developing a people framework to support rapid business expansion into new markets since January 2022. Previously, Mary held the position of Head of People Partnering, International at Flutter Entertainment Plc from November 2012 to January 2021, leading strategic people programs for over 1500 employees across multiple jurisdictions. Alongside a 12-person team, efforts focused on enhancing collaboration, adapting to new working models, and implementing change management initiatives. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior HR Business Partner at Stars Group, Head of HR ROI & NI at Kantar Media, and HR Manager at Dunnes Stores. Mary holds an Advanced Diploma in Organisational Design & Development from CIPD and a BBS in Human Resources from Waterford Institute of Technology.
