Jasmine James

Jasmine James has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Texas Western Hospitality since December 2017, following roles as Assistant General Manager and Assistant General Manager Operations. At White Lodging Services, Jasmine has held various positions since April 2015, including Housekeeping Supervisor and Cluster Accounting Supervisor, where responsibilities included financial documentation and asset management for multiple hotel properties. Jasmine began a career at the Courtyard, Residence Inn, and Springhill Suites Houston Downtown Marriott Center as a Front Desk Representative, where exemplary service led to handling up to 200 guest transactions daily. Educationally, Jasmine holds an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Texas Southern University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
