T. Lindsey Castleberry has diverse work experience in various legal and managerial roles. T. Lindsey started their career as an Attorney at T. Lindsey Castleberry, Attorney at Law, where they operated a private practice law office handling civil representation. T. Lindsey later served as the City Attorney for the City of Batesville, providing legal advice and performing a range of duties for the city. Castleberry also worked as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Arkansas Community College Batesville. In 2015, they joined White River Health System, Inc., first as an In-House Counsel, providing legal advice on various issues, and later as the Vice President & General Counsel. T. Lindsey currently holds the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Counsel at the organization. The WRH service area now includes ten counties: Independence, Izard, Sharp, Stone, and parts of Cleburne, Fulton, Jackson, Lawrence, Van Buren, and White.
