Joshua Elliott

Joshua Elliott PhD is a seasoned professional in engineering and research, currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at White River Technologies since July 2023. With a strong background in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering, Joshua completed a Doctor of Philosophy at the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth from 2015 to 2022. As a Partner at Polar Research Equipment since January 2017, Joshua has contributed to innovative projects. Previous experience includes roles at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport as an Engineer and as a SMART Program Intern at the United States Department of Defense. Early in their career, Joshua worked as a STOMP Fellow at Tufts University, promoting engineering education, and gained practical skills as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Ad Astra Rocket Company. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Chinese Language from Tufts University.
