Lizandra Pinto

Lizandra Pinto has a diverse range of work experience. Lizandra started their career as a Production Intern at Carving Dreams entertainment p.ltd in 2012. Lizandra then worked as a Social Media Executive at WATConsult from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Lizandra joined White Rivers Media as an Account Manager, where they managed the overall digital presence of various brands. Lizandra trained and mentored junior team members and also took on HR responsibilities. Lizandra later became a Senior Account Manager at White Rivers Media, where they handled clients in the entertainment sector and supervised Account Managers across multiple sectors. Lizandra then progressed to the role of Organisational Strategy Manager, where they were involved in strategic planning and execution of organization-level processes and initiatives. Lizandra subsequently took on roles as Organisation Strategy Director and HR Business Partner, and currently serves as the Organisation Strategy Director and Head of Business HR at White Rivers Media.

Lizandra Pinto completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College, from 2007 to 2012. Following that, they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology at the University of Mumbai, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their college education, Lizandra attended Gloria Convent High School until 2007. Additionally, they obtained additional certifications such as "Leveraging Neuroscience in the Workplace" and "Powerful Prioritization with the 80/20 Rule" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
