Candice Foster

Candice Foster is an experienced leader in human resources and operations, currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at Accenture since December 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of People and Culture and Vice President of Human Resources and Operations at Comtech Group, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, employee engagement, and corporate diversity initiatives across Canada and the US. Candice has a robust background in human resources, IT management, and customer service, holding director-level positions at Teranet Inc. and MPAC, as well as management roles at the Regional Municipality of Durham and Intergraph Computer Services. Candice holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a BA in Geography from Brock University, a degree in Human Resources Management from York University, and is a Geographic Information Specialist from Fleming College.
