Francisco Lacayo has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Marketing Director at The Reef S.A., where they were responsible for directing all marketing campaigns, supervising human resource programs and brand development, and producing marketing events. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Volunteer at Un Techo para mi País, where they gained experience in different areas of the organization, worked in communal and social development, and coordinated yearly work campaigns. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Operations Manager at Lafin S.A., where their responsibilities included directing all the operating processes of the company, developing and managing social media strategies, campaigns and marketing programs, and creating and supervising human resource procedures. Since 2015, they have been working at White Shark Media® in various roles, including Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), VP of Partnerships, VP of Client Experience, Director Of Product, Digital Marketing Manager, and PPC Strategist. As VP of Client Experience, their responsibilities included developing the client experience strategy, creating and measuring all Client Experience KPIs and metrics.

Francisco Lacayo obtained a Masters Degree in Applied Economics from Universidad Centroamericana, Managua between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Degree in Economics from the same university between 2006 and 2010. Francisco has also obtained several certifications from various institutions, including a Microsoft Advertising Search Certification from Microsoft in April 2022, Sales & Communication from Dale Carnegie Training in November 2019, a Facebook Blueprint from Facebook in January 2018, and a Google AdWords, Google Display, Google Shopping, and Google Video from Google in November 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in November 2021.
