Jean-Luc Gaudiot

Jean-Luc Gaudiot is a distinguished professor at the University of California, Irvine, serving in this capacity since July 2017 and as a professor since January 2002. Gaudiot held the position of President at the IEEE Computer Society from January 2017 to December 2017. Prior to joining UC Irvine, Gaudiot was a professor at the University of Southern California from December 1982 to December 2001. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, obtained between 1976 and 1982, and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ESIEE PARIS, completed from 1971 to 1976.
