Temitope Famodu is a PhD graduate student specializing in Global Studies at the University of California, Irvine, since September 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Survivor Advocate at Jeff Anderson & Associates and as a Program Coordinator for the Mandela Washington Fellowship at Northwestern University. Temitope also held positions such as Associate at VEGA Partners LLC and Director of Development at GirlForward, where responsibilities included supporting adolescent refugee girls through mentorship and educational programs. Earlier roles involved being a Recruiting Coordinator at Groupon, Office and Events Manager at the Wood Family Foundation, and completing internships with the Fulbright Commission Hungary, DePaul University Career Center, and GirlForward. Temitope earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a Minor in Economics from DePaul University in 2014.
