Tom Giannelli

Tom Giannelli, PMP, CSM, currently serves as the VP of Technology & Business Intelligence at White Spot, starting in October 2025. Previously, Tom was the Transformation Program Manager at E-Comm 9-1-1 from February 2025 to October 2025, and held the position of Director of Platform Delivery at Rocky Mountaineer between September 2021 and March 2025. Tom's background includes a role as Senior Manager of Business Solutions at Arc'teryx Equipment, where leadership involved developing and implementing technology solutions for the brand. As Owner/President of Taproot Business Consulting from August 2013 to June 2019, Tom managed medium to large-scale IT infrastructure and software projects. Additional experience includes project management positions at Ritchie Bros., POWERSHiFTER, Compugen Inc., Interfor, and ImageX Media, covering various aspects of project and resource management, digital delivery, and process optimization. Tom holds a degree in Managing Information Systems from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
