Iulia Birla Istudora

Iulia Birla Istudora has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Assistant to the General Manager at Sollers PPD for over two years. In 2009, they joined IMMOFINANZ as an Assistant to the Development Manager, where they played a key role in the development of the Maritimo Shopping Center in Constanta. Iulia was responsible for managing key tenants such as Auchan, Peek&Cloppenburg, H&M, and Zara. In 2013, they became a Development Coordinator at NISSA before transitioning to Olympian Parks in 2014 as an Asset & Property Manager. Most recently, in 2018, they joined White Star Real Estate (WSRE) as a Senior Property Manager and later became the Head of Property & Facility Management in June 2021.

Iulia Birla Istudora has a Master's degree in Management and Business Communication from the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA), obtained between 2020 and 2022. Iulia holds a Bachelor's degree in Philology from the Foreign Languages University, earned from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education with a diploma in Public Administration from Liceul Tehnologic Regele Mihai I - Curtea de Arges, from 2000 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Iulia has obtained an English Certificate from the British Council in 2010, a Translation Certificate in English & Spanish from the Ministry of Justice in 2008, as well as HR Manager and HR Inspector certifications from the Ministry of Education in 2007.
