Shradha Jain

Shradha Jain is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at both White Summers Caffee & James, LLP and WCC Legal since September 2022. With a solid foundation in corporate and financial law, Shradha possesses in-depth expertise in the end-to-end financing process, including due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and post-transaction integration. Additionally, Shradha has a strong background in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, and extensive experience in facilitating entity incorporations. Previous roles include Junior Associate at Sakshi Chopra and Corporate and Commercial Advisory at Treelife Consulting, as well as editorial experience with the Indian Journal of Corporate Law and Policy. Shradha holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Financial Law from Jindal Global Law School and a BLS/LLB from the University of Mumbai.
