Pascal DiNoia has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. Pascal began their career in 1990 as a Business Consultant to CEOs and Industry Captains for House of DiNoia Inc. In 2012, they became the Co-Founder of Restaurant Network Solutions, a One Stop Solutions for the Hotel and Restaurants Hospitality Industry. Pascal also took on the role of Head of Business Development for RNS, where they were responsible for platform procurement for the supply chain of restaurants. In 2012, they became a Sales Business Development Hospitality Consultant Chain Supply Procurement and Guest Services for House of DiNoia Inc. In 2015, they became a New Business Development Consultant for MANE, Fragrances and Scent Technologies for the Hospitality Industry. Pascal also became Co-Founder of Cosmetex Well Being Industries, where their mission was to scent the world and enhance well-being with smart technologies. In 2018, they became a Hospitality Consultant for Ettitude Inc and a Business Developer Laundry and Hotel Consultant for Tristatelinen/Puurfect Laundry/Charter Laundry. In 2022, they began working as a Sales Development Specialist for White Toque and an Independent Sales Consultant for Marx Imports.

Pascal DiNoia obtained their Broker License from the New York Real Estate Institute in 2008. Pascal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Sales Marketing Communications and Law from the Faculte de Droit University of Metz France, which they obtained between 1975 and 1979. Pascal has additional certifications from the New York State Department of State OFPC, which they obtained in November 2008. DiNoia has also gained life experience from Of life planet Earth, Lycee Robert Shuman, New York school of philosophy, and self-made, as well as 35 years of hospitality experience from NEW YORK.
