Joshua Fisher has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Joshua started their career as a 3D Modeler and Catia Drafter Intern at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2000. Joshua then worked as an Estimator and AutoCAD Drafter at BGE HOME in 2003. Following that, they joined Filamatic as a Mechanical Drafter and Mechanical Designer, where they implemented Autodesk Inventor and Vault company-wide and trained engineers in their use.

In 2007, Joshua joined United Sortation Solutions as a Mechanical Designer and Software Developer, where they developed an n-tier C# client-server application and created a graphical representation application for high-speed sortation machines. Joshua then worked as a Software Developer at MedLink International before joining AI Solutions as a Software Engineer. At AI Solutions, they designed and developed Javascript libraries and real-time pub/sub systems for satellite visualization data.

In 2013, Joshua joined Connections Academy as a Senior Multimedia Developer, where they used the MEAN Stack to develop a cloud-based CMS and maintained a high uptime solution. Joshua then worked at Pearson Online & Blended Learning as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed single-page apps using modern frameworks and automated CI/CD builds and deployments using Azure DevOps.

In 2020, Joshua joined International Software as a Senior NodeJS Developer before transitioning to WBX Commerce. At WBX Commerce, they served as a Lead Software Engineer and is currently working as a Principal Software Architect. The duration of their current role is ongoing, and no end date has been specified.

Joshua Fisher earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they studied Industrial Engineering at Philadelphia University from 2001 to 2002. Joshua also obtained a Highschool Diploma in CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) from Eastern Technical High in 1998 to 2001.

Additionally, Joshua has acquired several certifications. In 2019, they achieved the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft. In 2010, they underwent NASA Security Training provided by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Joshua also holds an Autodesk Inventor Certified certification, although the institution and the year of obtaining it are not specified.
