Steven Shigley

Steven Shigley has a diverse work experience. Steven is currently working as a Warehouse Operations Manager at Whitebox Inc/GPA Logistics since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager Strategic Initiatives at MGM Resorts International from November 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they supported and participated in executing organizational initiatives, developed timelines and workplans, and managed project progress and data. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Carpedia Hospitality Ltd. from June 2017 to October 2019, where they conducted observations to identify process improvement opportunities, developed metrics to improve labor and cost effectiveness, and made recommendations to reduce costs and improve service. Steven also gained experience as a Consultant intern at Carpedia International in May 2016-July 2016.

Steven Shigley completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Robert Morris University - Illinois in the years 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Steven is expected to complete their Master's degree in 2023.
