Conor O'Rourke

Conor O'Rourke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Conor started their career at Robert K. Futterman & Associates in 2012 as an intern. In 2013, they interned at BBDO, where they worked on advertising analysis and writing news articles. The following year, they interned at NBCUniversal, Inc., assisting with on-site operations and data entries for the Today Show. In 2015, they joined G&S Business Communications as an Account Executive.

Conor's longest tenure was at WhiteCap Search, where they held multiple roles. Conor started as a Recruiting Specialist in 2017, pioneering a new approach to agency recruiting. Conor then progressed to become a Senior Recruiter in 2019 and later a Director of Recruitment. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director, Recruitment, overseeing the Financial Services division. In this role, they help companies find top talent and prepares job seekers for their career development. Conor specializes in various areas such as sales, trading support, risk management, and investment analysis.
