Joshua Sussman

Joshua Sussman is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Vice President of Recruitment at WhiteCap Search since August 2023, where the focus is on matching talent with financial services companies. Prior to this role, Joshua held several leadership positions, including Managing Director at Clear Point Group and Coda Search, as well as Executive Director at Greenkey Resources. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Recruiter in Financial Services at The Execu|Search Group and working in the Treasurer's Group at Bear Stearns. Joshua also contributes to the community as an Assistant Baseball Coach for Snug Harbor Little League. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from SUNY Geneseo between 1995 and 1999.
