Katie Bolam

Vice President Human Resources at Whitefish Credit Union

Katie Bolam has a diverse work experience history in human resources and administration roles. Katie began their career in 2006 as a Senior Administrative Assistant at the City of Fife, where they worked until 2014. Following that, they worked as the City Clerk and Human Resources specialist at the City of Milton, WA from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Whitefish Credit Union, which they started in July 2018.

Katie Bolam attended the Northwest Clerks Institute from 2011 to 2013, where they received education in City Government in preparation for their position as a Certified Municipal Clerk. Prior to that, they attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1984 to 1986, studying Speech Communication and general studies. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Credit Union Human Resources Compliance Professional certification from the Credit Union National Association in 2019. Katie is also a Certified Municipal Clerk from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.
