Sheldon Wagner is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and cooking. Currently serving as the Assistant Kitchen Manager at Sassy's Red House since May 2018, Sheldon also works as a Line Cook at Whitefish Mountain Resort since June 2017. Prior roles include Line Manager at SASSYS BAR & GRILL from April 2016 to June 2017 and Line Cook at Logan's Roadhouse from September 2015 to April 2016.
