Ryan Jenkins

Ryan Jenkins has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Ryan began their career as the Outreach & New Media Coordinator for the Innocence Project of Florida in 2008. From 2015 to 2018, Jenkins held multiple positions, including Senior Fellow at the Ethics + Emerging Sciences Group, Associate Professor of Philosophy at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and Director of Ethics and Policy at WhiteFox Defense Technologies, Inc. Since 2018, Jenkins has been a Senior Associate at Principia Advisory. Throughout their career, they have conducted research, published articles, and provided policy recommendations on topics such as artificial intelligence, cyberwar, killer robots, autonomous vehicles, and UAS regulation.

Ryan Jenkins attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Philosophy. Ryan then attended Florida State University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy.
