Stephen Beck

Stephen Beck has been involved in venture capital since 2015, when they became Managing Partner at Serra Ventures, LLC. In 2017, they became an Investor and Former Director at WhiteFox Defense Technologies, Inc. In 2018, they joined the Board of Directors at Myagi. In 2019, they became an Investor at Blooma and Board Observer at GoSite and VeriSIM Life. In 2021, they became a Director at Veritas Substrates and Board Observer at SWARM Engineering. Additionally, Stephen was an early-stage, lead investor and Director of Baidu, Inc. from 2000 to 2021, and an Investor and Former Advisor at PayStand from 2011 to 2021.

Stephen Beck attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a BA in Rhetoric. Stephen then returned to the same university from 1985 to 1986 and obtained a Professional Degree in Education. Stephen also holds a Series 65 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
