Chris Colman is a seasoned professional in the mining and energy sectors, currently serving as the General Manager of Marketing at Whitehaven Coal since October 2014, after holding the position of Deputy General Manager - Marketing. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Compliance & Risk Management at Peabody Energy, along with various financial accounting positions at BHP Billiton and OneSteel, where responsibilities spanned financial reporting and risk assessment. Chris Colman holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2004.
