Chris Cundy

Chris Cundy is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leading people change initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at GFG Alliance and involved in project delivery at Whitehaven Coal since July 2021, Chris has previously held significant roles at AGL Energy, where responsibilities included overseeing the people change aspects of various implementations and operationalizing strategic People & Culture initiatives. Chris's career also encompasses HR leadership roles at Westpac, Rural Bank, and the Bank of New Zealand, along with early HR positions at Telecom New Zealand. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Victoria University of Wellington.
