Rohit Khare has held various roles in the Human Resources and Operations fields since 2002. Rohit began their career as Manager HR & Admin at ANSYS India in 2002. Rohit then moved to Pacific Mindware Engineering Pvt Ltd in 2005, where they held the role of Manager-Sales. In 2006, they became Manager HR at Sungrace computers and in 2007, they were promoted to Manager HR at Neilsoft. In 2010, they were appointed as Head- Recruitment & Learning & Development at 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited. In 2014, they took on the role of Head Recruitment - APAC at Geometric Ltd., where they were responsible for handling a global team of recruiters and managers across India, China and Japan, with overall responsibility for the hiring in the APAC region. Finally, in 2015, they became Chief Operating Officer at WhiteHedge Technologies.
Rohit Khare completed a DHRM in Human Resource Management, OD, and OB from IMDR in 2005. Prior to that, they attended Abhinav Vidyalya High School. Rohit went on to pursue a Masters in Personnel Management (MPM) from Savitribai Phule Pune University. No additional certifications are listed.
