Aban Ghai

Aban Ghai is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and business HR. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at WhiteOak Capital since March 2021, Aban previously held the role of Associate Vice President in the same department. Prior to joining WhiteOak Capital, Aban worked as an HR Business Partner at Bajaj Allianz Life from January 2020 to March 2021. Aban's career also includes a tenure at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd from August 2013 to January 2020, where Aban contributed as both an Organizational Development Specialist and as Business HR.
