Erin Fallat, MSW, is a Family Preservation Therapist at Josiah White's since June 2023, specializing in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices for families involved with the Indiana Department of Children Services. Previously, Erin worked as a Mental Health Therapist at Park Center, focusing on children aged 3-8 affected by trauma, abuse, and neglect, while also supporting families in understanding trauma's impact on child development. Prior experience includes roles as a therapist with the Indiana Department of Child Services, Family Case Manager, and a stay-at-home parent. Erin began a career in the legal field as a paralegal and legal assistant, supported by an educational background that includes a Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, an Associate’s in Paralegal Studies from Greenville Technical College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Akron.
