Andrés Guillot

Andrés Guillot has a strong background in business operations and finance. From 2018-2023, they worked at Whitespectre as the Director of Business Operations, overseeing finance, commercial, and people utilization management. Andrés focused on process improvements and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the company. Prior to that, they worked at Santander Global Tech from 2010-2014 as a Business Analyst, where they led projects in manufacturing and UK banking, managing a team and focusing on process refinement and coordination.
