Michelle Soklin Siv has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Michelle Soklin began their career at Mervyns as an Executive Team Leader, where they built and maintained a diverse and talented team. Michelle Soklin implemented HR programs and ensured appropriate staffing levels. Following this, Michelle worked at The Home Depot as a Human Resources Manager, handling compliance issues and conducting investigations. Michelle Soklin then joined WellCare Health Plan, Inc. as an HR Business Partner, responsible for the Texas, Louisiana, and Arizona region. Currently, Michelle is the Director of Human Resources at Whitestone REIT.
From 1992 to 1996, Michelle Soklin Siv pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE. During this time, they focused their studies on marketing, management, and human resources.
