Tim Ng

Tim Ng has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Tim is currently the Vice President of Acquisitions at Whitestone REIT, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, Tim was the Senior Vice President at Fifth Corner from May 2018 to May 2022. Before joining Fifth Corner, they worked at EDENS / AmREIT for 12 years, starting as the Director of Investments and eventually becoming Vice President. Tim began their career as an Associate at Situs in 2002 and also had a brief role as an Analyst at Enron in 2001.

Tim Ng completed their education at various institutions. Tim obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Corporate Finance & Real Estate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Florida from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Economics. Additionally, Tim holds a certification as a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker from the Texas Real Estate Commission, which they obtained in 2007. Before pursuing higher education, Tim attended Osceola High School.
