Deniz Caglar

Deniz Caglar, BSc, PQS, currently serves as Estimating Lead for MEI & ERA at WhiteWater since August 2021, previously working as an Estimator. Prior experience includes a role as an Estimator at Carlson Construction Group Inc. from October 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities involved estimating project values ranging from $100,000 to $75,000,000 for piping, structural, and mechanical system installations in British Columbia. From August 2002 to February 2017, Deniz held multiple positions at Ozsoy Engineering Trade Co., including Bid Manager, where duties encompassed reviewing customer plans, developing project estimates, and managing subcontractor bids for projects valued between $100,000 and $10,000,000, alongside ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, Deniz served as a Business Development Manager, analyzing new opportunities in the oil and gas sector, and was responsible for an international investment project in Algeria. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
