Maia Marshall-Acevedo

Maia Marshall-Acevedo has extensive experience in property and facilities management, currently serving as the General Manager and Property Manager at J Street Companies since March 2017. Simultaneously, Maia holds the position of Facilities Manager at Whitman-Walker. Previous roles include Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) and Cassidy Turley, as well as Property Manager at Brookfield Properties. Maia started in property management with Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers as an Assistant Property Manager and later transitioned to a Property Manager role. An early career began with summer internships at Equity Office Properties in 2004, 2005, and 2006, during which Maia gained significant industry exposure. Education was attained at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
