Hayley Williams

Hayley Williams is a Senior Engineer at Whitman, bringing extensive experience in electrical design and project management. Previously, Hayley served as an Electrical Design Engineer at Ballinger, where responsibilities included developing electrical systems for various architectural projects and coordinating with multiple disciplines. Prior roles at W. L. Gore & Associates involved identifying solutions for equipment upgrades, managing projects across several locations, and supporting troubleshooting efforts. Hayley began their career with a senior design project at National Instruments, creating a mechanical heart, and completed an internship in new product development at W. L. Gore. Hayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Delaware. Additionally, Hayley actively contributes to diversity efforts in engineering through participation in women's support networks and recruitment initiatives.
